accepts a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 (to be paid PayPal OR via
certified bank check/money order made payable to Lisa LaFreniere and
mailed with a signed copy of this contract to Seller toward the purchase
of the puppy identified below. The Seller, upon receipt
of the above mentioned $200.00 deposit, acknowledges that the Buyer is
purchasing a puppy with Limited Registration (No Breeding Rights). The full purchase price
of this male/female puppy is $ $875 and the balance of $ 675.00 is due at
or before the puppy is picked up from buyer. SHIPPING

AND CONDITIONS THE
FOLLOWING APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER The Seller represents: That the above puppy is
deemed to be in good health and has receive all age appropriate
vaccinations and has provided buyer a copy of any treatments received to
date That reasonable
precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring
hereditary defects of the hips, eyes or heart. Should said puppy be
diagnosed by a board certified specialist as being affected by one of the
above defects within one year of purchase, the Sellers will, at their
discretion, take the puppy back and replace it with a puppy of the same
sex from another breeding occurring within nine months, or refund the
purchase price minus deposit/shipping once puppy and documents are
returned to buyer. The Buyer(s) Agree(s): That the puppy mentioned
above will not be exposed to other animals living in or visiting the home
prior to a visit with a licensed veterinarian, and that said visit will
take place within 48 hours of receipt. If the puppy is found to have a
life-threatening illness deemed present at the time the puppy was removed
from the LaFreniere's home a full refund of the purchase price, minus
shipping fees, will given as long as the puppy is returned with a verified
letter from a licensed Veterinarian containing complete details of the
illness. That this dog will never
be used for any purposes of research or vivisection and shall not be sold
or given to any wholesale establishment, chain store, catalog sales house,
pet store or puppy mill and that this dog will never be surrendered
to any humane society, animal rescue group or animal shelter. In the event
said puppy must be given up for any reason it will be returned to the
breeder at owners expense. Buyer agrees to provide
this puppy/dog with proper medical care including, but not limited to,
vaccinations and annual boosters, regular deworming, adequate housing and
a proper feeding schedule as recommended by the breeder or a veterinarian
and to groom, train and care for this dog in a humane and consistent
manner. Under no circumstances shall the LaFreniere's be
held responsible for any expenses for any puppy not in their possession.
All disputes shall be handled under the laws and jurisdiction of Vermont
in Chittenden County Courts. AGREEMENT
